Anti-Money-Laundering Policy.
Last updated: 15 July 2026
1. Our commitment
John Investments Limited is committed to the highest standards of integrity and to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime. We apply policies, controls and procedures designed to meet applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
2. Know your client
Before we establish a relationship, and on an ongoing basis, we verify the identity of our clients and, where relevant, their beneficial owners and the source of their wealth and funds. We may ask for documentation and will not proceed until our due diligence is satisfied.
3. Ongoing monitoring
We monitor relationships and transactions on a risk-sensitive basis to identify activity that is unusual or inconsistent with what we know about a client. We keep records for the periods required by law.
4. Reporting
Where we have knowledge or suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing, we make reports to the relevant authorities as required by law. Applicable law may prohibit us from telling you that a report has been made.
5. Responsibility
Responsibility for our AML framework sits with senior management, supported by staff training and independent review. Concerns can be raised with privacy@wm.johninvest.ltd.
